Yes, all users are required to become a Clean Folds Member and pay our annual Membership Subscription fee.
Become a member of Clean Folds for a small annual fee of $45. Then pay $15 for each load of laundry you schedule through Clean Folds.
Every day! Clean Folds operates 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm, except on major holidays.
Each Clean Folds Member receives three laundry buckets. Each additional bucket is $10 each.
Typically within 3-5 days of signing up for the membership. If for some reason, you don’t get the buckets, please email us and let us know.
We have a two-bucket minimum for laundry pick-up.
Once you subscribe to Clean Folds, you will receive 3 laundry buckets. Any additional bucket needed will be $4. Once you receive your buckets, you will use them to hold your laundry for pick-up and delivery.
If you prefer, our folders can ring your doorbell to pick up your buckets in the timeframe scheduled. If someone is not available when our folder arrives, a $10 no-show fee will be applied to your account.
Yes! We give you the opportunity to set your specific laundry preferences, including your laundry detergent.
No. The reason is that everyone sorts their laundry differently. Whatever items you place in your bucket are what will be washed together.
Yes, you will receive all of your clothing back cleaned and folded. We do not hang up any clothing at this time.
You can send anything that you would normally place in a washing machine including jackets, sheets, blankets, etc.
Yes, however, please do not overstuff your bucket. If you overstuff your bucket, it is likely that you will be charged for 2 loads in that bucket.
While we would love to be able to cater to each persons laundry needs, for the health and safety of our Folders, there are some items we can not accept.
Items include:
-Animal bedding or anything covered in animal hair.
-Anything covered in urine or feces from an animal or human.
-King sized comforters.
-Anything that needs to be dry cleaned. This is not a dry cleaning service and your items are likely to not be returned the way you want.
